What you receive
Every survey is performed under a New Jersey professional land surveyor and delivered as a signed, sealed plan. The seal carries the license number.
- Boundary: a map of the lot, the corners, and the monuments found or set, plus notes on visible encroachments.
- Elevation certificate: the FEMA form with the measured floors and grades, for the insurer or the town.
- Title survey: the map the title company or attorney asked for, with the exceptions from the commitment checked in the field.
- Stakeout: marks on the ground for the builder, on the date scheduled.
A sample plan is not posted here because it shows a client's lot. The address is cropped on any copy sent with a quote. Call 917.463.6042 or request a quote.
