Lakeland grew from a small regional firm into a statewide practice serving all 21 New Jersey counties — with current management at the helm for the last decade.
For more than fifty years, the name Lakeland has been synonymous with land surveying in New Jersey. What began as a small regional firm has grown into a statewide professional practice, serving property owners, municipalities, real estate attorneys, and engineering, title and insurance companies across all 21 counties.
We pair that experience with leading-edge technology — robotic total stations, GPS systems and modern software — so every boundary, flood elevation, topographic and title survey we deliver is accurate, defensible and on time.
Marc joined Lakeland in 2003, a 1997 NJIT graduate, licensed in New Jersey for over 15 years with 20+ years of field experience in title, boundary and construction surveying. He is a past president of the Surveyors Association of West Jersey and a member of the New Jersey Society of Professional Land Surveyors.
Bill has been with Lakeland since 2012, earned his NJIT degree in 2014, and obtained his New Jersey Land Surveyor license in 2019. He brings over a decade of field experience in title, boundary, topographic surveys and elevation certificates, with deep expertise in robotic total stations and GPS equipment.
Jeff has been licensed with Lakeland since 2005, following nearly 40 years in the construction field with a concentration in surveying — from large construction firms to running his own surveying company.
